Membership Application
If you currently work for any of the agencies listed
in the About Us page you may apply for
membership. Both Sworn and Non-sworn
employees are eligible and encouraged to apply for
membership. To apply for membership, download
the PDF application, add your information, and
return the application using the form below. Once
accepted you will be notified via email.

Once you filled this application you will be
contacted to continue the application process.
This will serve as an official nomination for a
position. If the position is not vacant the
nomination will be added to the next general

Current dues are $59.00
($52.00 if non sworn member
to opt out of SB-217 coverage).
Dues are paid monthly through PayPal.
Payment is due by the 10th of each month. Members
facing financial hardship will be given extensions on a
case by case basis but must contact Front Range Lodge
62. Members who are more than 60 days delinquent
are at risk of having membership status suspended
until payment is received unless they have a financial
hardship exception.
